Domestic Sales Manager

PILLAR AUTOMOTIVE is seeking an experiences Domestic Sales Manager.

We are seeking a motivated, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry with the ability to be detail oriented with a background in used car purchases and appraisals. As well as the ability to train new Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Desking deals.
• Following up on emails, calls, texts.
• Develop, train, encourage, and maintain a highly qualified sales team.
• Committed to supporting the sales department and assisting in achieving goals while following procedures.
• Review sales department paperwork to ensure there is a timely turnaround as well as accuracy for all documents being completed.
• Ability to accurately appraise used car purchases.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License with less than 6 points on your record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience with specializing in used car purchases and appraisals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance.
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and a leader that is able to take control and make positive changes with a measurable outcome.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
