When it comes to style, performance, and technologies, the Nissan Altima has always been a frontrunner in its class. Now, it looks like drivers in Boardman, Youngstown, and Western PA will have even more to love with its 2018 model.
The 2018 Nissan Altima has yet to be released, but drivers can expect the sedan to be just as well-equipped and stylish as its predecessors. For more information about what we’re anticipating from the upcoming 2018 Nissan Altima, take a peek at this review by Boardman Nissan. Plus, we still have 2017 Nissan Altima models available for sale.
The Nissan Altima is already one of the most beautifully designed sedans on the market, but its 2018 model is set to be even more stylish. Based on the Vmotion 2.0 concept car, which previewed future design direction for Nissan sedans, the 2018 Altima may include a bolder, more futuristic design that’s both sporty and functional.
The signature V-motion front seen in previous models will be enhanced with a new grille that provides a striking and expressive overall look. The Altima could also have more character lines cutting through the exterior for a sportier and sleeker appearance.
On the inside, we’re anticipating the Nissan Altima to come with the same sporty design with a few enhancements. For 2018, the sedan could include a redesigned dashboard, more premium materials, and a long list of interior luxury amenities.
In terms of performance, we think the 2018 Nissan Altima will produce the sporty and efficient performance it’s known for. Based on last year’s model, it can come standard with a 179-horsepower 2.5L four-cylinder engine and the Xtronic CVT® (continuously variable transmission). We expect the sedan to offer an available 3.5L V6 engine, too. With this, overall performance will get a little extra kick as it generates up to 270 horsepower.
On top of that, the 2018 Nissan Altima will have an array of advanced performance features for an even sportier and more responsive ride. A few of these amenities may include a sport-tuned suspension, paddle shifters, and a manual shift mode.
Like its previous models, the 2018 Nissan Altima will offer a number of advanced infotainment features like NissanConnect?. NissanConnect? is an innovative infotainment system complete with satellite radio options and Bluetooth® connectivity. For added entertainment and an extra touch of convenience, Pandora®, Facebook®, and other mobile apps are available as well.
The sedan may also come with driver-assist technologies, but one of the most anticipated safety features will be Automatic Emergency Braking. Standard for the 2018 Nissan Altima, this technological feature automatically deploys the brakes if you don’t react when the system warns you of a possible collision.
The 2018 Nissan Altima is not available in showrooms yet, but we know drivers in Boardman, Youngstown, and Western Pennsylvania are already excited to check it out. So, if you’d like to learn more about the 2018 Altima, contact Boardman Nissan. We’ll be happy to answer all your questions.
